Manufacturing Facilities Available

The unit comprises of machine shop and fabrication shop erected in area of 46 thousands sq. feet.

The machine shop is equipped with CNCs Horizontal & Vertical Lathes in addition to Conventional Center Lathes, Universal Milling Machines, Vertical Milling Machines, Cylindrical Grinder, Surface Grinder, Slotter and Radial Drilling Machines with different specifications and capacities.

We possess facility of Vertical Boring Machining upto 2790 mm dia and 2000 mm Height. While fabrication shop is equipped with Welding Sets & Rectifiers, CO2 Mig Welding, Electro Baking Oven, Air Compressors, Bed Plates, Straight edges, Disc and Angle Grinders, Pre-heating arrangement for jobs. Material lifting facility we are equipped with 5 M.T & 20 MT Over-head cranes and Jib cranes.

Measuring & Testing Facilities

The manufacturing activity is carried out with the help of the gauges, fixtures, drill jigs, etc in addition to large range of precision calibrated measuring instruments. The Machine shop is equipped with Co-ordinate measuring machine (CMM) for high precision components. Equipped also with Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, Magnetic Crack Detector and wide range of Vernier Calipers, inside/outside micrometers, Depth Gauges, Thread Ring/Plug Gauges, Digital Micrometers, Paint Coat Thickness Testers etc.
