For quality control, the stage inspection is in practice. All this is done by qualified engineers who are assisted by I.T.I Trained supervisors. Further they are assisted by trained D.P tester qualified by BHEL Bhopal in addition to experienced machinists, Turners, Fitters and Welders who work under the supervision and guidance of qualified engineers having added qualification for quality check before every dispatch. We possess full range of Precision calibrated measuring instruments. Individual items are marked with unique ID for easy traceability.

Third Party Inspection is also carried out by various agencies such as DGS&D, RITES, BHEL, SGS, IRS etc.

It is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company.

Our Unit was selected by National Productivity Council for Modernisation up gradation Study in its endeavors for the up gradation of technology in the machining and fabrication cluster to be developed in Bhopal.

In addition to above we are pleased to state that we are awarded High Performance Capability Certificate by the NSIC – Onicra Credit Rating Agency of India Ltd. New Delhi, on the basis of our previous track record of performance. The Rating Agency has assessed our prospectus of performance high.

We also have been approved with Power Grid Corporation Ltd for ROLLER ASSEMBLY for Power Transformer Power Grid and Reactors upto 400 KV class.
